1. Using this site

You may read, link to, and share pages from hirearca.co. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it for commercial use, or use it in a way that interferes with how it runs.

2. Nothing here is advice

The examples, figures, and dashboards on this site are illustrative. They describe how Arca works, not your business. They are not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and you should not act on them without speaking to us or to your own advisers.

3. Engagements

Any work Arca does for your company is governed by the engagement agreement we sign together. That agreement sets the scope, the fees, the timelines, and what happens at handoff. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

4. Content and ownership

The words, designs, and the Arca mark on this site belong to Arca. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine. Presenting our material as your own is not.

5. Accuracy

We keep the site accurate and current, but we make no promise that every page is complete or free of error at every moment. We may change or remove content without notice.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Arca is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we disagree about them, we will each try to resolve it by email first.
