AI Job Search Agent, by Arca

Stop guessing which roles to apply to. Start applying where you fit.

Every morning your AI agent sweeps LinkedIn and Adzuna, scores every new finance role against your targets, tailors the ones above your cutoff, and waits for your yes. I skipped 925 roles this way and applied to 184.

Sound familiar?

The search is not the hard part. The guessing is.

11:40 PM, doing it alone

Four sent. None you would bet on.

  • It's 11pm. Four applications sent, and you can't say if one of them was worth it.
  • The roles you were sure about went quiet. 300 applicants, a screening bot, no reply.
  • You typed “rewrite my resume” into ChatGPT and got something you would never send.

8:00 AM, with your agent

Scored by breakfast. Decided over coffee.

  • Every new role scored before your morning brief. Twenty minutes over coffee to decide.
  • Tailored only above your cutoff, with bullets you can defend in the room.
  • Nothing goes out without your yes. You make every call.
Set up your agent

Already built. You drag it in.

One evening, no code. Three short lessons show where every piece goes. The troubleshooting guide covers the connection that does not work the first time.

01

Pick the AI you already use.

Any agent works. I recommend an always-on agent, because it keeps working between your chats. It also runs in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and others, on a plan that supports files and connectors.

Hand it the installer, then the kit.

It connects a job-search Gmail and live job postings. About ten minutes.

03

Let it interview you.

Drop your resume or a voice note. It builds your profile, picks five target titles with you, and drafts your base resume for your yes.

01 · Morning queue

Every role scored before you see it.

Each morning your agent pulls the last day's postings from LinkedIn and Adzuna and scores each one against your targets. Twenty minutes over coffee: apply or decline. No maybe pile. Decline one and say why, and tomorrow's scan learns from it. An evening brief wraps up the day.

02 · Fit check

It shows its reasons, gaps included.

Fit beats effort. My interviews came from roles the score surfaced, roles I would have skipped on instinct. So the agent finds the fit first, then does the work. It names the gap and never rules you out on a credential like a CPA. That call belongs to the employer.

03 · Resume

A resume built for that posting.

Change only the lines that change the hiring manager's mind, with bullets you can defend in the room. Every line traces to something you told it, and a skeptical hiring-manager review tries to kill it before you see it.

Every role from new to decision, rebuilt every morning from what actually happened. A weekly review reads your outcomes and proposes one change. You decide.

Knowledge base

Teach it your career once.

It interviews you, keeps your real numbers ready, and learns the claims you will never make. It lives in a folder in your own AI workspace. I never see it.

AgentWhat did you fix that nobody owned? What was it before, and after?
YouClose took 9 business days. I rebuilt the checklist and we closed in 5.
Inbox

It watches your job-search inbox.

A Gmail address just for the search. It sorts receipts, rejections and recruiter notes, drafts replies for your yes, and flags an interview request the moment it lands.

AgentInterview request from the FP&A Manager role. They offered Tuesday or Thursday. Want me to draft a reply?
YouThursday works. Draft it.
Interviews

Walk in with proof in every answer.

A prep doc for every confirmed interview: what the role really needs, the questions they will likely ask with answers drawn from your own wins, and questions to ask them. After the round it captures the debrief and drafts your thank-you note.

These are the low end of what people charge in 2026. Every line is in the $97 pack.

What you payLess than one resume from a writer.$97 once

So why is it $97 and not $904?

Those people are selling their hours. I'm not. I built this for my own search, it's already done, and handing you a copy costs me nothing. So you're not paying for my calendar, a studio or a sales team. You're paying for the system, and every fix I made when it broke.

Ok, but is it really worth $97?

Do the math on one week. On a $100K salary, a week of pay is about $1,900. If the agent gets you hired one week sooner, it has paid for itself about 20 times. And you keep it for your next search.

And if I want you there with me?

That's the $297 option. Same files, plus my time: we set it up together and work through your first applications side by side.

Questions.

I've barely used AI. Is this for me?

Yes. You are who I built it for. An agent is just your AI with instructions and a few tools loaded, so it can do a job instead of answer a question. The pack loads all of that. The setup lessons show where each piece goes. You never write code. And it is not an AI course: each lesson hands your agent a job, so you learn as much AI as the search needs and not a minute more.

Which AI agent do I need, and what if something does not connect?

Any of them. I recommend an always-on agent, like OpenAI Dots, Grok Bot or Muse, because it keeps working between your chats, so the morning brief is waiting when you wake up. It also runs in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and others, on a plan that supports files and connectors. The setup lessons walk you through it. If a connection fails, the troubleshooting guide walks through the fixes I hit myself. Still stuck? Email me.

Will it apply to jobs for me?

It can, if you want it to, and only after your yes. It finds roles, scores them and tailors the resume. You approve the role and see the finished resume first. Tell it to apply for you and it fills in the application from answers you gave it, never a guess, and stops at any question it cannot answer honestly. A role counts as applied only when the confirmation lands in your job-search inbox. Prefer to hit submit yourself? Say so and it hands you the finished package instead.

Who is it built for?

Finance people: FP&A, controllership, finance managers and the analysts moving up. I built it on my own finance search, so the examples and the question bank are finance. The scorecard runs on your targets, so it works on any posting a hiring manager reads.

What is the difference between $97 and $297?

Nothing in the files. The $97 pack is everything. The $297 option is my time: we install it together, build your knowledge base together, tailor your first applications together, and run 2 mock interviews. Monthly apply tools cost more than $97 in 6 weeks and take the skill with them when you cancel. This is one payment, and it works for your next search too.

Could I just write these prompts myself?

You could, the same way you could build your own tracker from a blank spreadsheet. This is the version that has been run on 1,600 roles and fixed every time it broke. You are buying the fixes.

Where does my work history go?

Into a folder in your own AI workspace. Nothing is sent to me. I never see your files.
